Abstract:

To provide a nucleic acid detecting kit, capable of easily and high-sensitively detecting a target nucleic acid.

The nucleic acid detecting kit includes an enzyme substrate modification nucleoside triphosphate shown in Equation 1. In Equation 1, A is a substitution group containing at least one of an alkyl group, an aminoalkyl group, an aryl group, and a heteroaryl group with linear, branched, or annular saturation, or unsaturation having a glutamine (Gln) residue or a lysine (Lys) residue, or a primary amine, and B is a hydrogen atom or a hydroxyl group.
