To provide a urine dryer capable of evaporating urine satisfactorily without using electricity while making efficient use of space, and a toilet facility equipped with the same.
A urine dryer 30 is provided with liquid holders 31 that are hung below a toilet seat 1 having a toilet bowl 2 as well as a toilet discharge port 3 facing down by communicating with the toilet bowl 2, 31 and are capable of absorbing and evaporating urine discharged from the toilet discharge port 3.
