PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof structure for fixing a solar cell module on a roof board, capable of having sufficient ventilation and allowing a corrugated panel to be reliably fixed to a rafter, for achieving waterproofness.SOLUTION: A roof structure comprises a rafter 10; a roof board 20 of which underside is supported by the rafter 10; a corrugated panel structure 30 which is disposed on the roof board 20, having a plurality of corrugated panels 31 which are disposed such that the longitudinal direction of the corrugated part corresponds to the flow direction of rainwater; a fixing metal fitting 40 which is fixed to the upper part of the corrugated panel structure 30; a drainage member 49 which covers an upstream opening of the corrugated panel structure 30, allowing for ventilation, and guides the rainwater to the upper side of the corrugated structure 30; and a solar cell module 50 which is fixed to the fixing metal fitting 40.
