Abstract:

To provide a compound capable of reducing driving voltage and imparting high heat resistance to an organic electroluminescent element when used as an electron transport material.

A triazine derivative represented by formula (1) (wherein Ar1and Ar2are each independently an optionally substituted aromatic hydrocarbon group; and Ar3and Ar4are each independently an optionally substituted 2-4 ring aromatic hydrocarbon group) is produced. The organic electroluminescent element containing the same as a component is manufactured.
