Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve energy efficiency in a hot water storage type hot water supply apparatus including a heat exchanger capable of heating an object to be heated.SOLUTION: A hot water storage type hot water supply apparatus 100 includes control means (a control part 70) which when performing heating operation for sending heat source water to a use side heat exchanger 22 to heat an object to be heated, selects in accordance with a predetermined rule any one of operations: first heat source water circulation operation for passing hot water taken out form an upper area of a hot water storage tank 10 through the use side heat exchanger 22 as heat source water and then allowing the heat source water to flow into the upper area of the hot water storage tank 10; second heat source water circulation operation for passing hot water taken out from the upper area of the hot water storage tank 10 through the use side heat exchanger 22 as heat source water and then allowing the heat source water to flow into a lower area of the hot water storage tank 10; and third heat source water circulation operation for passing hot water generated by heating in heating means (a heat pump unit 60) through the use side heat exchanger 22 as heat source water and then reheating the heat source water by the heating means and recirculating the reheated heat source water, and performs the selected operation.
