Abstract:
Provided is a heat treatment method which improves hydrogen fluoride gas exhaust efficiency and produces tape-form oxide superconducting wire having excellent superconductivity properties uniform in the length direction. In the method, a cylindrical rotation body (120) is arranged inside a cylindrical heat treatment space (111) of a furnace core tube (110) in a heat treatment device (100) so as to be capable of rotation relative to the furnace core axis (C). A film body of a superconductor precursor is formed on a tape-form wire (20), and the tape-form wire (20) is wound on a surface (121a) of the rotation body (120), said surface having multiple through-holes (124). A gas supply tube (130) supplies an atmospheric gas (6) from a position separated from and facing the film surface of the tape-form wire (20) wound around the rotation body (120). In the heat treatment space (111), partition plates (170) are arranged in the surplus space (111b) between the two ends of the rotation body (120) and the furnace core flanges (116, 118) of the furnace core tube (110), and the exhaust gas (6c), i.e., the gas after reaction with the film surface, cannot flow into the extra space (111b).
