PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy cost prediction system by which a target energy cost can be arbitrarily set, and a menu can be proposed to achieve the target.SOLUTION: An energy cost prediction system 1 predicts an energy cost of a building, and comprises: residence information setting means 24 for setting residence information that affects increase and decrease of an energy cost; target energy cost setting means 21; renovation menu selection means 23 for selecting facilities or material that affects increase and decrease of the energy cost; consumption prediction means 32 for calculating an energy cost after renovation; comparison means 33 for comparing a predicted energy cost and the target energy cost; and output means 4 for outputting the predicted energy cost.
