Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high assembling accuracy by a comparatively simple method.SOLUTION: An automatic soldering unit includes an iron unit 120 and an adjusting jig 200 used for adjusting the dimensions of the iron unit 120. The iron unit 120 includes a soldering iron 123, a base member 121 detachably attached to an iron unit base 100 which is an arm side attaching portion provided on a working arm 2, and a holder 122 provided on the base member 121. The adjusting jig 200 includes a pedestal 210 having an attaching surface (a rear part area 210A) of the same specification as an installing surface 101 of the iron unit base 100, and to which the base member 121 is detachably attached; and a positioning member 220 fixed so as to relatively adjust a position, and positioning an iron bit 138 of the soldering iron 123 of the iron unit 120 fixed to the pedestal 210.
