Abstract:
The purpose of the invention is to provide an immunohistological staining method which enables staining with high accuracy using an antibody preparation containing, as a component, an antibody such as trastuzumab as a substance which recognizes a target biological material, and also to provide a method for determining the effectiveness of an antibody preparation with high accuracy using such an immunohistological staining method. The invention provides an immunohistological staining method using an antibody which is a constituent component of an antibody preparation as a substance which recognizes an antigen to be targeted by the antibody preparation, and also provides a method for determining the effectiveness of the antibody preparation by measuring the binding amount of the antibody with respect to the amount of the antigen using the immunohistological staining method.
