Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for enabling, in the field of presuming a domicile region of a user on the basis of text information transmitted from the user, the domicile even of a user having transmitted information containing no geographical name expression to be presumed with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A data generating apparatus for domicile presumption that generates data for domicile presumption comprises: characteristic score calculating means that calculates for each region a score indicating how characteristic each word is regarding the object region by referencing user's regional word information storing means in which frequency information of each word in the region corresponding to each user, generated from region-labeled text information, is stored and stores each word and its score, classified by region, into regional characteristic word storage means; and data generating means that generates data for domicile presumption by using characteristic words in each region, stored in the regional characteristic word storage means.
