Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electromagnetic noise distribution detector capable of acquiring approximate distribution when a test signal of frequency equal to electromagnetic noise generated in a device is injected.SOLUTION: A signal generator 1 outputs a signal of frequency slightly shifted from frequency of electromagnetic noise generated in a sample device 100, and injects the signal into the sample device 100 by an injection probe 3. A detection probe 4 scans on the sample device 100 by a moving part 7, detects electromagnetic field distribution of the sample device 100, and measures distribution of electromagnetic field strength by an electromagnetic field strength meter 6. Noise distribution detection means 11 detects the distribution of the electromagnetic field strength measured by the electromagnetic field strength meter 6 as approximate distribution of the electromagnetic noise generated in the sample device 100.
