Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a security aspect while suppressing power consumption necessary for a radio access point to operate as much as possible in a radio communication system.SOLUTION: A radio relay device 1 configured to perform radio communication with one or more radio terminals includes a radio communication interface part, a radio control part, and a system circuit part. The radio control part is configured to, when a probe request from an arbitrary radio terminal is received by the radio communication interface part in a state that the system circuit part stops, determine (1) whether or not the probe request is based on a Wake on Wireless function and (2) whether or not information included in the probe request transmitted by the radio terminal is coincident with predetermined information stored in the radio relay device, and to, when both conditions are satisfied, make a response to the probe request of the radio terminal, and to cause the system circuit part to restart.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
