Abstract:
The present invention provides a composite molding product and a manufacturing method thereof. The composite molding product with high sealing and intensity is provided in a high production rate while get rid of rough surface, various size and quality deterioration. The composite molding product comprises (1): crystallinity resin molding product (10) of a low crystallization surface (10a), with crystallinity resin molding production, which has one portion is subjected to low crystallization; and other molding products (20) connected through the low crystallization surface (10a). The manufacture of the composite molding product comprises: a part of the crystallinity resin molding product (10) is subjected to low crystallization, uncured materials are arranged at the low crystallization surface (10a), and a stress is applied to the low crystallization surface (10a) to solidify the uncured materials. The supplying of the uncured materials is optimized to put a crystallinity resin molding product into a molding die, inject and press the uncured materials, arrange the low crystallization surface in the mode of exposing the low crystallization surface (10a), and the part of the crystallinity resin molding product is optimized to perform laser radiation.
