Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an array substrate for radiation detector for suppressing impairment of a non-effective pixel, provided on the outside of an effective pixel, due to static electricity, and to provide a radiation detector.SOLUTION: An array substrate for radiation detector includes a substrate, a plurality of first wires (control line 2c1) provided on the substrate, and extending in a first direction, a plurality of second wires (data line 2c2) provided on the substrate, and extending in a second direction crossing the first direction, effective pixels provided, respectively, in a plurality of areas defined by the plurality of first wires and plurality of second wires, and having a photoelectric conversion element 2b1 and a thin film transistor 2b2, and non-effective pixels provided, respectively, on both end sides of an array consisting of a plurality of effective pixels arranged in the first direction, and on both end sides of an array consisting of a plurality of effective pixels arranged in the second direction, and having a photoelectric conversion element and a thin film transistor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
