Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame spray masking jig capable of suppressing the rebound of a flame spraying substance from a masking face onto a workpiece and the dropout of a deposit without depending on the rugged shape of a surface, and easily removing the flame spray substance deposited on the masking face by a flame spray.SOLUTION: A masking face 12, to which particles of a flame spray material are sprayed, there are mixedly provided a highly wettable portion having a high wettability to the flame spray material, and a lowly wettable portion having a low wettability to the flame spray material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
