Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acid gas absorbent having a high acid gas (especially, CO) recovery amount (that is, the amount of absorption of the acid gas at a low temperature-the amount of desorption of the acid gas at a high temperature), particularly an acid gas absorbent where the desorption of the acid gas at a high temperature is easy and further which does not solidify at a low temperature, and to provide an acid gas removal device and an acid gas removal method using the same.SOLUTION: An acid gas absorbent containing tertiary alkanolamine represented as formula (1) (where, R, R, Rand Rare respectively independently a 1-4C substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group and Ris a 1-4C hydroxyalkyl group) and a reaction accelerator selected from the group consisting of a primary amine and a secondary amine and an acid gas removal device and an acid gas removal method using the absorbent are provided.SELECTED DRAWING: None
