PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation method of cleaning state, an evaluation program of cleaning state and an evaluation apparatus of cleaning state capable of evaluating cleaning service made by a stuff.SOLUTION: The evaluation method of cleaning state includes the steps of: causing a computer to execute a piece of processing to acquire a pick-up image of a predetermined area; and when a cleaning member is detected in the acquired pick-up image, causing the computer to execute a piece of processing to calculate an evaluation value relevant to the cleaning service in a predetermined area based on changes in detection position of the cleaning member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
