Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distance measuring device and a distance measuring method capable of accurately measuring a distance to an object in liquid.SOLUTION: The distance measuring device comprises: an irradiation unit that irradiates a measuring object in a medium from outside of the medium with a first light with a wavelength changing in a first wavelength range, a second light with a wavelength changing in a second wavelength range, which is different from the first wavelength range, and a third light with a wavelength different from the first light and the second light; a light reception unit that receives a first reflected light and a second reflected light reflected by the measuring object, and a third reflected light reflected by the medium, these reflected lights having been irradiated by the irradiation unit; and a calculation unit that calculates, on the basis of the first reflected light, the second reflected light, and the third reflected light received by the light reception unit, a distance from a reflection surface of the medium to a reflection surface of the measuring object in an environment formed by the medium.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
