Title:
診断装置
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6508475
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic system capable of diagnosing a concentration or viscosity of urea water supplied to an injector and an abnormal state of a urea water supply system without using any sensor for detecting a quality of the urea water.SOLUTION: ECU 19 acting as a diagnostic system acquires a rotation start delay time after a motor energization is started and before a motor rotation is actually started, a rate of increase in a number of revolutions, and a rate of increase in a pipe pressure, as motor rotational behaviors and pipe pressure behaviors at the time when the energization of a pump unit 8 to a motor is started, and performs a temporary diagnosis of a concentration of urea water and a system abnormality of the system on the basis of these values. In addition, as rotational behaviors and pressure behaviors at the time when the motor energization is stopped, the ECU acquires a descending start delay time after the motor energization is stopped and before the number of revolutions of the motor actually starts descending, a rate of descending of the number of revolutions, and a rate of descending of the pipe pressure, and performs a temporary diagnosis of the concentration of the urea water and the system abnormality on the basis of these values. Thereafter, the ECU consolidates the result of the temporary diagnosis at the time when the motor energization is started and the result of the temporary diagnosis at the time when the motor energization is stopped, and performs a final diagnosis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
