Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel integrated type color filter substrate having high adhesion between a substrate and a wiring pattern, allowing a high-speed touch input and stable electric implementation with high definition, and having high transmissivity and excellent visibility, and also to provide a liquid crystal display device using the same, an organic EL display device, and an information input image display device using these.SOLUTION: A touch panel integrated type color filter substrate 10 includes: a plurality of first metal wires 1 on a first side of a transparent substrate 3 being alkali-free glass; and a plurality of second metal wires 2 on a second side of the transparent substrate 3. Each of the first metal wires 1 and the second metal wires 2 has a function as an electrode of a touch panel, and has a line width within a range of 1-10 μm. In each of the first metal wires 1 and the second metal wires 2, a layer abutting on the transparent substrate 3 is a composite metal oxide layer of a zinc oxide, an indium oxide and a tin oxide. A layer composed of copper or copper alloy is laminated on a composite metal oxide layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
