Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a conductive magnetic composite sheet excellent in magnetic characteristics and interlayer adhesiveness.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a conductive magnetic composite sheet includes: a step of manufacturing a magnetic sheet 100 containing magnetic powder 110 and a binder resin 120; a step of laminating the magnetic sheet 100 and a first conductive foil 210; and a step of applying heat and pressure to the obtained laminate, and bonding the magnetic sheet to the first conductive foil, and manufactures a conductive magnetic composite sheet having excellent magnetic characteristics and interlayer adhesion excellent between the magnetic sheet 100 and the conductive foil 210 at frequencies of NFC, WPC and MST. The method includes 70-90 wt.% of magnetic powder, 6-12 wt.% of a polyurethane resin as a binder resin, 0.5-2 wt.% of an isocyanate-based curing agent and 0.3-1.5 wt.% of an epoxy resin, based on the total weight of the magnetic sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2A
