Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sandwich panel which is light-weight, has high rigidity, has excellent thermal deformation resistance, and is inexpensive.SOLUTION: A sandwich panel 1 includes two resin skin material sheets 2, and a core material 13 made from a thermoplastic resin which is surface-adhered to the respective skin material sheets 2 in a state of being sandwiched between both of the skin surface sheets 2. The core material 13 made from the thermoplastic resin is made from a polystyrene-based foam resin having a predetermined expansion ratio. Each of the two resin skin material sheets 2 is formed of a material obtained by adding 10-50 wt.% of a hydrogenated polymer of a copolymer of an aromatic vinyl compound and a conjugated diene compound to a polyolefin-based resin. The polyolefin-based resin is a polypropylene resin. The copolymer of the aromatic compound and the conjugated diene compound is a styrene-butadiene block copolymer, and has a hydrogenation rate of 70% or more and a styrene content of 5-70 wt.%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
