Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation management method for a cargo handling vehicle by which cargo handling operation of a container can be quickly and safely performed.SOLUTION: An operation management method comprises: a vehicle determination step in which a cargo handling vehicle, which performs cargo handling for a container, is determined; a basic route creation step in which a shortest basic route from a current position to a work start position of the cargo handling vehicle is created; a route interference judgment step in which whether or not the basic route and a travel route of another cargo handling vehicle are interfered with each other is judged; a work priority judgment step in which a priority of a cargo handling work concerning these cargo handling vehicles when both of vehicles are interfered with each other; an evaluation value calculation step in which when it is judged that a cargo handling work does not take priority, other routes bypassing an interference part of the basic route, and travel conditions such as stop, decelerated travel, and so on of the cargo handling vehicle are created, and evaluation values of these created other routes and travel condition are calculated; and an operation mode selection step in which an optimum operation mode is selected from said other routes and travel conditions based on the evaluation values.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
