Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet sorting device for mixed crushed material which can improve the wettability of plastic mixed crushed material to reduce efficiently and highly accurately the inclusion of high specific gravity substance into low specific gravity substance.SOLUTION: A cylindrical impact peeling tube and an impact blade imparting a shock to the plastic mixed crushed material of the raw material by rotating at high speed in the tube are provided in the raw material input portion of the specific gravity separating tank. The impact peeling tube is composed of a main tube and a branch tube. The main tube has a raw material input port formed on the top face and a high specific gravity substance discharge port at the lower end face, the impact blades are housed in the upper part of the inner space, and the lower part of the inner space is the gravity separating region of the plastic mixed crushed material. In the branch tube, the main tube and the lower end communicate with each other, branching in an upwardly inclined state toward the liquid surface of the sorting liquid, and a low specific gravity discharge port is formed at the top end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
