Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately adjust exposure in bounce photographing by appropriately measuring the amount of pre-emission regardless of reflectance of a bounce surface and distance between a strobe and the bounce surface.SOLUTION: In execution of bounce photographing for photographing an object by directing an emission part 31 toward a bounce surface to emit light, a strobe microcomputer 38 obtains the amount of light decrease in the bounce surface according to a bounce angle formed by an optical path toward the object from the emission part and an optical path toward the bounce surface from the emission part as the amount of light decrease on the bounce surface, and obtains the amount of pre-emission at the time of pre-emission of the emission part based on the amount of light decrease on the bounce surface. A camera microcomputer 16 allows the emission part to perform pre-emission with the amount of pre-emission to measure light, and allows the emission part to perform real emission according to a light measurement result obtained by the light measurement to photograph the object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
