Abstract:
To provide a binarization processing program and a binarization processing method in image inspection, capable of accurately binarizing with simple processing.SOLUTION: An image analysis apparatus 14 sets an inspection region A 1 in a pixel region A 2 constituting a part 4 in a captured image of a power supply box 2 where at least one part 21 such as a fuse, a fusible link and a relay is mounted, and binarizes the inspection region A 1 to number formed on the part 21 and a background. The image analysis apparatus 14 calculates an average value (A) of RGB total values in each pixel of the inspection region A 1, and binarizes based on a comparison between a value obtained from both the average value (A) of the calculated RGB sum values and the RGB total value (T) of each pixel of the inspection region A 1 and a threshold value (B).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
