Abstract:
To identify an operation device that has transmitted an operation command both inside and outside a house and perform appropriate response processing in accordance with the position of the operation device, such as restriction of an operation and prohibition of a temperature change.SOLUTION: A hot water supply system includes an interface unit 45 and/or a remote controller 44 connected to a control device 36 for receiving an operation command to operate a water heater body 35 and transmitting operating state information on the water heater body; and a communication control device 51 for receiving the operation command from remote communication terminals 61 and 62 through at least one of an external network 53 and an in-house network, transmitting the operation command to the interface unit 45 and/or the remote controller 44, and receiving the operating state information on the water heater body 35 through the interface unit and/or the remote controller. If an operation part 44f is operated again in a state that the operation command to the water heater body 35 received by the interface unit 45 and/or the remote controller 44 is invalidated by the operation of the operation part 44f for operating invalidation means for invalidating the operation command, the invalidation of the operation command is cancelled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
