PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation dose amount management system capable of performing a radiation dose amount management in consideration of the influence of a radiation dose amount by a radioactive drug applied to a subject.SOLUTION: A radiation dose amount management system includes: a radioactive drug information acquisition part for acquiring information about a radioactive drug applied to a subject; a dose amount management part for identifying an organ that accumulates the radioactive drug and an accumulated amount based on a nuclear medical diagnosis image and for obtaining a dose amount of the organ of the subject in the predetermined time point subsequent to the application of the radioactive drug based on this identified accumulated amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
