Abstract:
A centrifugal compressor 1 according to the present invention includes, as gas flow paths, diffuser flow paths 54 into which process gas flowing from impellers 4 to outside in a radial direction Dr flows, curved flow paths 55 that respectively communicate with the diffuser flow paths 54 and change a flowing direction of the process gas from a direction toward the outside in the radial direction to a direction toward inside in the radial direction Dr, and return flow paths 56 that respectively communicate with the curved flow paths 55 and cause the process gas flowing through the curved flow paths 55 to flow into the impellers 4. In the present invention, the curved flow path 55 configuring at least one of the gas flow paths is provided between a diaphragm 51 and a flow path forming body 60 that is provided between the diaphragm 51 and the casing 101.
