Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a rubber crawler capable of obtaining a rubber crawler in which a guide projection and a lug are uniformly bonded to a main body.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a rubber crawler is a method for manufacturing a rubber crawler 1 having a main body 2, a guide member 4 and a lug 5. The method for manufacturing a rubber crawler includes: a preparation step of preparing the main body 2, the guide member 4 and the lug 5, which have been vulcanized; a temporary assembly step of arranging an adhesive layer 6 between the main body 2 and the guide member 4, and between the main body 2 and the lug 5, and temporarily assembling the guide member 4 and the lug 5 to the rubber crawler 1 in main body 2; and a pressurizing and heating step of applying a pressure P to at least one of an inner peripheral surface side and an outer peripheral side of the temporarily assembled rubber crawler 1 and pressurizing the adhesive layer 6, and heating the temporarily assembled rubber crawler 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
