Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sphygmomanometer, even when a posture of a subject is changed, capable of suppressing an error in an estimate value of a blood pressure.SOLUTION: A sphygmomanometer 1 includes: a sphygmogram signal acquisition unit 19 for acquiring a sphygmogram signal of a subject; a feature amount extraction unit 21 for extracting a feature amount from the sphygmogram signal acquired by the sphygmogram signal acquisition unit; a posture determination unit 23 for determining a posture of the subject; a storage unit 17 for storing a plurality of models for prescribing a relationship between the feature amount and the blood pressure; a selection unit 25 that selects a model pre-associated with a determination result of the posture determination unit from the multiple models stored in the storage unit; and a blood pressure estimation unit 27 for estimating the blood pressure of the subject from the feature amount extracted by the feature amount extraction unit, using the model selected by the selection unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
