Abstract:
The invention provides a coiling cooling control device and method in order to improve the manufacturing quality of steel plates manufactured in a hot rolling production line. The coiling cooling control device (100) comprises a target temperature record calculation unit (120), a cooling instruction calculation unit (130), and a beader mode output unit (140), the target temperature record calculation unit (120) calculates target temperature records changed during the period of discharging the sections from a hot rolling machine (152) and moving the sections to the position of an underground coiling machine (154) for sections formed by division of a steel plate (151) in the length direction according to each specified length to enable the volume ratio of the ferritic phase of the steel plate (151) to be approximately constant between the sections, the cooling instruction calculation unit (130) calculates a cooling instruction of a cooling beader (163) of a coiling cooling device (160) for each section to enable the temperature of each section of the steel plate (151) to be consistent with the calculated target temperature record during cooling by the coiling cooling device (160), and the beader mode output unit (140) calculates an opening-closing mode of each cooling beader (163) at each specified time interval and outputs the opening-closing mode to the coiling cooling device (160) based on the calculated cooling instruction of each section.
