Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw taking-out and fastening device and a screw taking-out and fastening method that are capable of shortening screw taking-out time and preventing abrasion of a screw guide.SOLUTION: The screw taking-out and fastening device that descends toward a feeder F to suck a screw N into a screw guide 10 and take it out and to fasten a workpiece by the screw is configured such that the movements of the screw guide 10 and a bit 5 are controlled at a first take-out descending speed where the device descends at a high speed until the screw guide 10 reaches a descending speed switching height DSP having a slight gap S1 from the head of the screw N suspended from the feeder F, and the movements of the screw guide 10 and a bit 5 are controlled at a second take-out descending speed which can be lower than the first take-out sped after the screw guide 10 has reached the descending speed switching height DSP. Thus, the tip of the screw guide 10 can be prevented from abutting against a mounting surface P when the suction of the screw N into the screw guide 10 is finished.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
