Abstract:
To provide a data transmission method, an access network device, and a communication system.SOLUTION: A method applies to a communication system in which a control plane is separated from a user plane. An access network device acquires information on a bearer that need to be established from a first core network (CN) element through a control plane interface, establishes a bearer according to the information on the bearer that need to be established, and notifies a second CN element of the established bearer for use through the first CN element. When signaling of the control plane interface is interrupted, the access network device maintains a wireless resource control (RRC) connection of UE.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
