Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel molding method capable of molding a material into a prescribed shape by plasticizing it without adding heat thereto from the outside, and to provide molding equipment therefor.SOLUTION: A material W is supplied into a molding space C formed by a plurality of molds 10, 20, 30. Then, while applying compressive force P to the material W in the molding space C by at least one mold 20, continuous striking force IP is applied thereto, to thereby plasticize the material W by self-heating, and to mold a compact 100 on the traces of an inner peripheral shape of the molding space C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
