Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fraudulent act such as temporarily stopping a video interview after confirming the content of questions by a job applicant and attending the video interview again after checking the answers.SOLUTION: A video interview system comprises: an interview start notification part 24 for notifying a management server 100 that a video interview starts by acquisition of question information; a job application information storage part 5 for storing job applicant information of a job applicant who starts the video interview as the already started job applicant information; and a control part 8 for confirming whether the job application information notified from the job applicant terminal 200 coincides with the already started job applicant information when an acquisition request of the question information is transmitted from the job application terminal 200 and, when coincided, controlling a question information providing part 3 so as not to provide the question information to the job applicant terminal 200. Even when the job application acquires the question information and confirms the question content, and after that, temporarily stops the execution of the video interview and attends the video interview again, the question information is made unable to be acquired.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
