Abstract:
To provide a new technique of an ophthalmic photographing apparatus for acquiring an image of an eye to be inspected.SOLUTION: The ophthalmic photographing apparatus comprises an illumination system, a photographing system and a control unit. The illumination system comprises an illumination light generation part. The illumination light generation part generates illumination light whose light quantity distribution on at least a luminous flux cross section is changeable. The illumination system illuminates an eye to be inspected with the illumination light. The photographing system guides return light of the illumination light from the eye to be inspected E, to an imaging apparatus. The control unit controls the light quantity distribution of illumination light within the luminous flux cross section on the basis of a luminance distribution in an image acquired by the imaging apparatus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
