Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify words and phrases more suitable to represent an object image as an image attribute information candidate in comparison with a case where words and phrases extracted by using retrieval of an image similar to the object image are specified as an image attribute information candidate of the object image.SOLUTION: Words and phrases (for example, a primary keyword candidate) appearing in extraction object data including a first image similar to an object image 38 are extracted, and the extracted words and phrases are used to retrieve second images (retrieval result images 44, 46, 48, 50, 52). Words and phrases used to retrieve a second image similar to the object image 38 are specified as image attribute information (for example, the last keyword candidate) of the object image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
