Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid waste of resources as much as possible.SOLUTION: An image formed on a printed sheet is read by a scanner part 101. Whether there is a margin in the image read by the scanner part 101 is confirmed by a margin detection part 118, and when there is a margin, the size of the margin is detected. When there are a plurality of margins detected by the margin detection part 118, a paper discharge tray set to be reusable or unreusable is selected corresponding to the largest size of the margins by a system control part 121, for discharging the printed paper. Thereby, even when there is a margin corresponding to relatively small size such as name card size and L print size, the printed paper can be sorted to be reusable, and further, since the margin is not limited at the position of the printed paper, more printed papers 200 to be reusable can be detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
