Abstract:
To provide a fixing device that can prevent fastening members from dropping off, which are loosened due to the influence of temperature difference.SOLUTION: A fixing device of the present invention comprises: a fixing belt 21 that heats toner on a sheet while rotating around the axis; a pressure roller that forms a pressure area with the fixing belt 21 while rotating around the axis, and applies pressure to the toner on the sheet passing through the pressure area; a halogen heater that is provided on the opposite side of the pressure area across a supporting member 30 provided inside the fixing belt 21, and heats the fixing belt 21 from the inside; temperature rise prevention members 50 that are fixed to the ends in the axial direction of the supporting member 30 with fixing screws B1, and cover the ends in the axial direction of the halogen heater; and end holders 60 that hold the shape at the ends in the axial direction of the fixing belt 21 while inserted into the inside of the ends in the axial direction of the fixing belt 21, and overlap the fixing screws B1 to regulate the fixing screws B1 from dropping off.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
