Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow molded body capable of surely preventing dropout of an annular member (metal collar) without changing product shape and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There is provided a blow molded body of a thermoplastic resin. A pore part is formed in a compression part molded with press and an annular member (metal collar) is engaged with the pore part. Fine rib is formed inside of the pore part and the annular member is firmly engaged. The fine rib is formed for example with a shape extending in a thickness direction of the compression part, and one edge side thereof is crushed. For molding such blow molded body, the thermoplastic resin is blow molded and a blow molded body having the compression part is molded, then the pore part is formed in the compression part with a die-stamping pin. In this case, a die-stamping pin having fine grooves in an outer peripheral surface is used and the fine rib is formed inside of the formed pore part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
