Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for predicting hydration heat of cement that can obtain a highly precise predicted value of the hydration heat of the cement in short time while using a hydration heat generation speed curve of the cement.SOLUTION: A method for predicting hydration heat of cement comprises processes (I), (II), (III), and (IV), i.e., the processes of (I) finding a hydration heat generation speed curve of the cement through specific measurement; (II) reading, from the obtained hydration heat generation speed curve, initial values of fitting functions shown by specific expressions (1) and (2); (III) fitting the hydration heat generation speed curve using the obtained initial values and optimizing and completing the expressions (1) and (2) as a prediction expression; and (IV) extending a hydration heat generation speed curve of the expression (2) as the obtained prediction expression up to a predetermined material age and integrating it so as to find hydration heat as a predicted value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
