Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic document for printing creation system that creates an electronic document for printing that is the original document of printed matter to be delivered to a plurality of customers, while dividing the electronic document for printing into predetermined sections of optimal sending offices and postages.SOLUTION: An electronic document for printing creation system reads postal codes from an electronic document for printing that is the original document for printed matters delivered to customers and performs division processing, and comprises: postal code acquisition means that acquires at least a management number or an identification code for every customer and postal codes; allocation means that allocates, on the basis of the postal codes, the printed matters to a plurality of sending offices holding superiority in the number of days required for delivery and sending adjustment sections holding lower superiority than any of the sending offices; distribution means that distributes the total number of the sending adjustment sections to the total number of any one or a plurality of sending offices so that the total value of the postage becomes the minimum value, the total value being calculated from a discount ratio applied according to the total number of the sending offices and sending adjustment sections to which the printed matters are allocated; and division means that divides the electronic document for printing on the basis of the division of the sending offices.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
