Abstract:
In the present invention, a molding material which is a mixture of a metal powder and a binder is melted and injection molded (primary molding) into an injection mold, thereby creating an injection molded body 10A, 110A, 210A, 310A, 410A, 610A or an intermediated molded body 10C, 310C, 410C, 610C. The created injection molded body or intermediate molded body is placed in a transfer mold 30, 130, 230, 330, 430, 630 and subjected to gravity casting (secondary molding) which causes deformation. A sintered body 10E, 110E, 210E, 310E, 410E, 610E is produced through degreasing and sintering of the injection molded body 10A, 110A, 210A, 310A, 410A, 610A.
