Abstract:
To realize a web suit maintaining a heat retaining property, rich in an elastic property and flexibility excellent in wearability and mobility by using fabric with thickness of 1 mm which is remarkably thinner in comparison with the thinnest rubber fabric (about 2 mm) of a wet suit conventionally having general heat retaining property.SOLUTION: Thickness of chloroprene rubber of a material is 0.8 mm to 1.0 mm. Each part does not overlap each other, a cutting surface of a certain part is abutted to a cutting surface of another part, and joined by adhesives applied between both. A film tape is stuck to one surface side with jersey so as to spread over both parts along a part joining line by the adhesives. The film tape is a two-layer tape constituted by overlapping a polyurethane film tape of 12 μm to 13 μm of thickness with a hot-melt resin tape of about 100 μm of thickness, in which the hot-melt resin tape contacts a jersey surface, and adhered by heating.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
