Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide PID (Potential Induced Degradation) measures effective for solar power generation panels already installed at a site.SOLUTION: A power conversion device 2 for guiding an output of a solar power generation panel 1 to a DC bus in which one of two lines is a positive potential and the other is a negative potential, includes: an input terminal for receiving an input voltage in a state where an N line is ungrounded and is 0 or a positive potential and a P line is a positive potential higher than the N line, while the output two lines of the solar power generation panel are denoted as P line and N line; and a step-up/step-down chopper 22, connected so that a switching element Qx and a diode Dx are located on the side of the P line, for changing potential on a higher potential side of the input terminal to negative potential to make it potential of one of the two lines of an own output side to generate a desired voltage between the potential and potential of the other of the two lines of the output side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
