Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress or prevent demagnetization of a permanent magnet on a rotor end surface in an electric motor with the permanent magnet and a magnetic substance which covers the permanent magnet on the rotor end surface.SOLUTION: A rotor 10 of an electric motor is provided. The rotor 10 is provided with: a plurality of rotor slit groups 12G which are arranged along a peripheral direction of the rotor 10, and each of which includes one or more rotor slits 12 formed on an outer peripheral side of the rotor 10, one or more magnets 41 in the rotor which are arranged in the rotor slit 12; a plurality of end surface magnets 45 which are arranged by covering the plurality of rotor slit groups 12G on an end surface of the rotor 10, and alternately magnetized in opposite directions in an axial direction of the rotor; and a magnetic substance 15 which is arranged opposite to the end surface of the rotor 10 via the plurality of end surface magnets 45, and has a demagnetization prevention mechanism 15a for suppressing or preventing demagnetization of the end surface magnets 45.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
