Abstract:
To provide a processed disc material which hardly generates a V-shaped crack and has a high dimension stability and its production method.SOLUTION: A production method of a processed disc material having a peripheral material part and a core material part is provided that has an agent impregnation process in which the disc material having more than 30% of water content is impregnated with a polyethylene glycol aqueous solution and after said agent impregnation process, a dry process in which the disc material impregnated with polyethylene glycol is dried at 70-100°C and at said dry process of a production method of the disc material, it is dried so that a water content is 5-10% and an average rate of shrinkage of the peripheral material part in tangential direction is equal to or lower than 0.10%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
