Abstract:
An environment-friendly integrated circuit board sorting control process. A control system of the environment-friendly integrated circuit board sorting control process comprises a jet printer (1, 2), a vacuum tube, a printable suction cup (5, 6), a manipulator (9), a manipulator controller (10), an industrial personal computer (8), a jet printing controller (7), a conveyor belt (11), an image detection device, and a vacuum inking integrated tube (3, 4). The control process comprises: the image detection device distinguishes and recognizes a classification of a defective product by comparing a photographed image of an integrated circuit board with a standard image; and the industrial personal computer controls the manipulator to sort the defective products according to a result of the image detection device, and simultaneously controls the jet printer to perform jet printing of corresponding content. The process can better distinguish different classifications of defective products, selectively sort and mark the defective products, and can ensure that an integrated circuit board is not damaged when being gripped and carried.
