Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a foam molded body having uniform air bubble formed inside, good in appearance and high in expansion ratio.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a foam molded body includes: a process (A) of heating a composition containing a thermal expansive microsphere constituted by an outer shell formed of a thermoplastic resin and a foaming agent included in the outer shell and volatilized by heating, and a substrate component at a temperature (Ta); and a process (B) of foam molding the processed article obtained in the process (A) at a temperature (Tb). The temperature (Ta) and the temperature (Tb) have a relationship of the following formula (1), the thermal expansive microsphere has expansion initiation temperature (Ts0) satisfying the following formula (2), and expansion initiation temperature (Ts1) when heating at the temperature (Ta) for 3 minutes satisfies the following formula (3). The formula (1) is -5°C≤Tb-Ta≤25°C, the formula (2) is 5°C≤Ts0-Ta≤20°C, and the formula (3) is 20°C≤Tb-Ts1≤50°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
